My husband bought a used vehicle from Patrick Cadillac about 3 years ago. Because of some negative equity in the trade-in we purchased a gap policy. We have since refinanced the vehicle and should be owed the difference in gap funds. My husband has reached out to Patrick Cadillac and the finance manager multiple times with no response. He has been ghosted every chance at contacting them. I would love to update my review with how our car buying experience was, but until Our gap policy refund has been addressed we cannot do that. Edit: as per your request I have reached out via email with the VIN number and buyer's name. Please follow up accordingly. Edit 2: We finally got our gap refund. I had to reach out to the warranty company. They processed it on their end and passed the notice to Patrick Cadillac they owed us money. We received an email back from Patrick but no phone calls and ghosted us about the check. I finally reached out to their accounting team to get our check 10+ days after it was required to be provided to us. We got it, but had to drag them there kicking and screaming.

I was so excited when I came to this facility to pick up my new 2023XT4 all black luxury. But it was very heartbreaking to see that I was not able to get the rubber all purpose mats. Out of all the vehicles that I have Volvo S60, when I did drive an Audi A4, Infiniti and many more vehicles I was blessed to have those all purpose weather mats. Ive gone back-and-forth with my sales guy to only receive a email saying that my vehicle does not have those all purpose mats available wow thats all I can say! My brother is about to purchase a CT6 and his wife is going to get the sports vehicle of mines but I will not allow them to come to Patrick Cadillac for this particular reason. Of course it may be petty to some but I just feel thats just not right. Again I love my car, but customer service and amenities are very much a part of a five star rating. If it was only about my vehicle five stars, but its about the entire experience. God bless everyone. Pastor E

I worked with Jose and Alvaro Guzman to trade in my Nissan for Mercedes. The experience was good. They really worked with me to find the right car and a price I was comfortable paying. Patrick Cadillac is your typical cat dealership they make a lot of false promises and false advertising don't think they are they for you they are there for their self i have a 2021 Cadillac and to get it serviced was like pulling teeth everyone lied and passed the puck it took me 2 weeks and a lot of inconvenience to finally get repaired don't believe they will come pick up your car and service it and bring it back to you
