I WISH I WOULD OF READ THE REVIEWS!! I had my truck towed in on Monday 10/03, to have a fuel pump replaced Wednesday I get the call that it's done BUT the engine light is on. I said the engine light wasn't on before so they asked me if I wanted to come pick it up, and figure it out myself? I said noway it didn't have the engine light on before. FWD Friday I get the call the engine light is fixed and it runs, so I go in and pay them the lady said they will pull your truck around the front ok great. 10 minutes later a guy walks up and said he couldn't get it to start and looked at my paperwork. Then he disappears 15 minutes later he pulls my truck up and said he was trying to start the wrong one. Fishy but ok great! I took it straight home and parked it, in the morning it wouldn't start. That guy lied right to my face and shook my hand! This morning 10/08 I went in to complain and they told me to have it towed in again. Noway jose! I went straight to the bank and stopped payment on that transaction. Oh and they hit my driver's mirror on something now there's a bubble in the middle and the glass is real dark. DON'T HAVE YOUR SERVICE DONE HERE!!!

None of the used cars listed online actually exist as purchasable vehicles. I asked about one and was told it was heading to auction. Why was it online if you hadn't even checked to see if it was in decent enough shape to sell? Then we looked at a very nice 2012 in great shape. They said there were two small things they needed to work on, so it would be a few days before it was ready. Every few days it was going to be a few more days. After two weeks, they said it's going to auction. I was willing to pay cash for the car. No way they're getting more at auction. I feel like they do this to sucker people in by advertising well priced used cars and then pushing them into a more expensive car.
After leasing my first Jeep and experiencing bad customer service with the dealership I got it from, I started looking for a new place to take my car. Then I found Grogans. They scheduled my oil change quickly and efficiently. They treated me with kindness and respect. Their customer lounge is top notch with free snacks and coffee. They even have free WiFi! If you are looking for a good dealership with great customer service I suggest you give Grogans a try.

Im sure the actual maintenance work is great. However, I scheduled an appointment for 8am. The rep who took my call said Id be out of there as quick as possible. I arrived early only to be asked if I was leaving my truck there over the weekend as the work needed would take longer than a day. This would have been good information to be told on the phone vice Id be out of there as quick as possible. Needlesstosay I didnt make plans to not have my truck all weekend and was unable to get the work completed and I had no choice but to leave. Be sure you ask questions above and beyond what youd think would be told to you to ensure this doesnt happen to you.
