So my car was going in for a engine management light on the dash and has been looked at a day later than expected also were trying to over charge me for a service which doesnt need doing. Just wanted the fault to be fixed but they couldnt be bothered to tell me what theyve found. I had also told someone the fault codes which is causing the problem to the car and they havent given me a viable fix for it at all. The fault is the car is running rich and the variable valve solenoid which is causing the to over fuel and not get enough air but they couldnt be bothered to tell me theyll fix it.

I bought a car in February, online transfer to my name was giving error because of car reg. I dont know why, Branch has sent v5 log book with an first class stamp and throw in mail box. And it has lost in post. I wait almost 12 weeks total as I done v62 form. Then receive V5 log book. Such a important documents has been throw to the mail box. Run away to pay 8 for next day delivery. After sale is careless. They just wanna sell a car and make commission. Aware of important documents here. They just dont care. Which is important for you.

My overall experience is good, everybody is polite. The sales and service department have been great. The problems started when my car started misfiring after the 1st week I bought it. It has been investigated multiple times and nothing wrong was found. Just after the warranty expired the fuel sender failed after it was replaced under warranty. Now they say the misfires had been caused by a failing fuel pump at a 800 cost to replace. The same part at KIA cost 235. The dealership and HQ is refusing any good will gesture towards the repair. How can a Fuel pump fail at only 25.0000? I am never buying HYUNDAI again, even though I like their cars.
