The salesman, Johnathan Parker was very courteous & friendly. He listened to me, explained when I asked questions & in the end, got me into the vehicle I wanted. Cedric, finance manager was great too ! ***************************************************** After the deal was done I realized all the lies I had been told. The day after I drove the car off the lot I had to go back because they said they forgot to give me 2 papers to sign. I didn't like the new deal they were offering me & told them I wanted my car back & didn't want their deal. I was told it was too late, my car was gone & if I backed out of the deal now it would be considered a repossession. I found out about 2 weeks later that wasn't true. This is the lie that bothered me the most. I will never buy from them again and will advise family & friends to shop somewhere else.
GOT SOLD A 2015 JEEP WITH BAD BRAKES!!! The brakes are so loud and make a squeaky noise! I had my truck 3 days and took it back. Service said all they could do is put some brake dust and hope the noise goes away...Still dealing with the same problem after 4 weeks! I talked to the manager and all he said was sometimes this happens with Jeeps! I could not believe the service! I swear if you were to hear my brakes, you would say i need to replace my brakes! The noice is so embarrassing at times! I wish i had a better first experience with buying my first car! . I guess i have to deal with it!
Worst service I have ever experienced. I saved up for a very long time so that I could purchase a new car to safely drive around my two daughters, and any single mom can tell you, this is not an easy task. I was so excited and proud of my brand new Jeep Cherokee. Well, 2 weeks in, I noticed that when I was getting on the highway, I felt the transmission losing power. Definitely not what I expected from a brand new car. I noticed it more and more and decided I should take it in. I thought this would not be an issue considering I just purchased it. I was so wrong. Not only did they not want to help me, they would not even speak to me because the service manager was going into a meeting. I let them know I had to take a day off of work, so I was more than willing to wait. The lady behind the counter very rudely said, well tell her she will be waiting for a very long time. This was like a slap in the face. On top of that, when they finally took it back, they said nothing was wrong. The miles on my car never even changed, so what could they have possibly done. I called again to let them know it was doing the same thing, and they told me it would take 3 days to service, and they would NOT give me a loaner car unless they decided something was wrong with it. How am I supposed to take my daughters to school? How am I supposed to get to work? They only seem to care about their customers when they are buying a car. But if you have an issue with the car, all of he sudden you get the worst service. The whole experience has been a disappointment, and if I could do it all over again, I would never have gone to this dealership in the first place.
