I bought my 2013 Fiat here in 2013. I also bought a package that included oil changes that were very thorough; they checked everything and even vacuumed my car out. When that package ended, I still got my oil changed here, but the service became VERY different. They changed my oil, but did not check anything else and it's not a big deal that they also did not vacuum anymore. What is making me give Tonkin Fiat Service department 2 stars is the fact that on there website, it claims that many things come with an oil change, when actually they do not. For example, and air conditioner check and windshield wipers. I had those things checked off as needing to be looked at and the charge for them was ridiculous---this AFTER is states on the website that they are included in the oil change. The tone of the lady helping me was incredibly snarky and condescending even when I mentioned that the website is wrong. I am done with the service department at FIAT and am happily elsewhere and treated with respect.

Beware of this dealership. The General Sales Manager, @William Pac, is unethical. They will do anything for a deal. In our situation, we put a $500 deposit on a used car because we had a delay before we could get to the dealership. We were told that if we changed our mind, we'd forfeit the $500. Welll, before we could get to the dealership, they went ahead and sold it from under us. Very slimy and living up to the unethical reputation of car sales people. Beware.
After a month of shopping around and dealing with the stereotypical shady car salesmen, the customer service at Tonkin Fiat was a welcome breath of fresh air. The vehicle I was interested in was pulled to the front and warmed up by the time I had arrived. Alan was ready and knowledgeable about all the features on the car and extremely courteous through the entire transaction. Negotiations were handled in a way that was respectful of my time and done without pressure. A very pleasant experience all around!

Called to see if I needed an appointment for what I needed on my car and was told no. Checked the hours on their website and google which both showed open on Saturday. Went in and the service department was closed when I asked about it was treated in the most condescending manner. I suggested they update their google hours and condescendingly was told its impossible to do and I shouldve called - Well I did call and feel like at that point they should have told me their hours changed. Also, I have updated google hours and websites at every place I have worked and its not hard. It just takes caring about your customers. I love my car, but once my service contract on this car is over I wont be going back here and I when I need a new car Ill be going somewhere where they care about their customers. They also said that Covid rules were making it so they cant have more hours, I would think that they would need more hours to give their employees the opportunity to work, so that seemed a little like BS to me and since three employee were huddled around one desk they clearly dont care about social distancing and Covid rules.
