Not satisfied with my service visit. I had to return my car to service center later on the same day for things that should have been obvious while under the hood.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback with us! We work hard to make sure our guests have an awesome experience. We will share your comments with our team and we look forward to working with you again down the road. Sincerely, The Modern INFINITI of Greensboro Team

Bought two cars here in 2012 and collectively over 150,000 miles. The Service Department is top notch, head and shoulders above others (had Jag, Rover, Lexus). The techs and managers are on top of it, always thinking ahead and go way out of their way to make it as easy as possible and to take care of any issues. They value and appreciate your time and business and I would highly recommend. Its where my next car will come from.
Ashley, We understand that you have spoken with our general manager, Michael Evans, and hope that everything is squared away and taken care of to your liking! Please do let us know if there is anything else of issue as we want to make sure that everything is copacetic with your vehicle!

BEWARE: Tried to sell me a car with bad brakes - almost metal to metal! I drove down from Virginia to purchase a used vehicle. While Modern did a few thing right, they made some critical errors. HARD PRESSURE: I already secured financing through my credit union, but Modern's salesman pressured me very hard to re-apply through the same bank but through the dealership so that "they can take care of everything." The salesman even told me that the additional applications would not hit my credit report and I'd get the same or lower interest rate. When I spoke with my bank, they told me both were incorrect. When I finally put my foot down that I would use my own financing, the salesman's demeanor changed from perky and helpful to rude and he said "well I hope the car is still here when you get here" after we already committed to purchasing the vehicle. BAD BRAKES: I asked in detail about the mechanical condition of the car and was assured that everything is safe and sound. I, luckily, had the vehicle looked over by the Volvo dealer across the street who informed me that the brakes were pretty much metal to metal. Modern replaced the brakes for me and their excuse was, "they do not know who signed off on the inspection." While I appreciate them fixing the brakes, I do not appreciate the fact that I would have driven three hours home on unsafe brakes and then had to replace them immediately upon failing Virginia inspection. This was a HUGE transgression. "DETAILING": The "detail" they did on the car left it in worse shape than when I initially looked at it. They used some sort of wipe that left smears all over the wood trim. Additionally, I pointed out on a scratch on the exterior and it appears they covered over it with a paint pen! We did not notice upon picking up the car, but we took it to get actually detailed shortly after purchasing it and the detailer said that the scratch was covered with a paint pen like you get at the dealer and improperly done. The paint was not sanded down and it is very obvious. I'd rather they left the scratch! I gave Modern the opportunity to make this right personally after filling out an email survey where I received a response that a manager would contact me. I have not received such contact, so hopefully my feedback here will actually get relayed and some insights can be gained.
