Phetimone will try and sell services you don't even need. Checked my brake fluid and differential fluid after service and they look brand new. My air filter had one bug in it and it needs replaced. Some greedy people here not thinking of the customer.
Terrible, I'm not sure if they even want to sell anything based on my experience. BAIT AND SWITCH with hail damaged vehicles with absurd prices...then your salesman won't even come out of the building when you get back from a test drive....Which I could understand if I wasn't the ONLY person on the lot. Great job guys, you sold me on Carmax! Salesman didn't even ask me my name....

Took my Subaru in for an oil change and my windshield wiper fluid seemed to have a leak. They fixed it and did the oil change in less than an hour, even took my car through the car wash! Josh helped me, everyone is very nice, approachable and helpful. Waiting area is very clean and comfortable. Yummy coffee and snacks too!

I try to patronize local businesses when and where I can. Unfortunately, we stood in the lobby for 15 minutes waiting for a sales person to sell us a crosstrek and there was simply no service whatsoever. It was impressively negligent. I havent purchased a vehicle in nearly a decade, so I have no idea if the internet has changed the game, but if youre looking for an in-person car buying experience, seek somewhere thats really after your business.
