Hi Danielle, We are sorry the deal was presented with the incorrect residual values. When the length of the lease was changed, the residual was accidentally left the same. To make matters worse, there was a mistake made when the check was cut due to the confusion.. We hold our staff to a higher standard of customer service than what you experienced and hope we can earn your business again in the future.

Not worth the hassle! We shook on a deal one day when I was with my dad, the next day when I showed up by myself to sign contracts, there was a different deal (in their favor). I called and complained about being taken advantage of and they gave me the run around. Eventually they decided to cancel the previous contract and give me the original agreed upon deal. They were supposed to cut me a check after the second deal. After 10+ phone calls asking where it was and barely a return call, I showed up at the dealership to get my check. The finance manager who had failed to return my phone calls wasn't there, and so I worked with two others to get everything in order. Luckily I checked everything before I left because the check wasn't even for the correct amount (I had confirmed the day before with the finance manager on how much it was supposed to be)! They ended up writing me an additional check for the difference, but how hard is it to get that right when we confirmed the day before? I gave them a piece of mind - I honestly think they thought I would just forget about the check. After all that run around, you would think the finance manager would call and apologize. I had to go out my way to make follow up phone calls (because I knew he wouldn't call back) and eventually show up at the dealership to get what I was due. The finance manager didn't even have the decency to call me back and apologize - although I can't say I'm surprised based on his lack of return calls previously. Definitely won't be using them to purchase any other jeeps.
DO NOT BUY HERE ! Just look at the google reviews and others and you will see they get more single stars than anything else, it is a big red flag i missed . This dealership should be closed down by Dodge. All of the people that work here are con artist , liars, incompetent and lazy. 1(con artist) when i purchased the truck from them they would only give me a lower interest rate if i purchased their after market warranty , i refused it and took the high interest rate . this practice is unethical and illegal in some places. I told them i had a friend that would get me a mopar warranty so they literally chase me out the door and said they would make it a mopar warranty so i purchased it . Unfortunately a few days later dodge called to sell me a warranty . They LIED to me and gave me their crappy after market warranty . I did get a mopar warranty after 8 months of dealing with their horrible staff that seems to turn over ever couple of weeks (another red flag ) or was lying and making up excuses. Mopar had to step in and threaten them with red flag letters , which took eight weeks . Incompetent , when i was purchasing the truck i notice some wax on the hood so the sales man said he would get it taken care of. we bought the truck into the garage and one of the techs buffed the hood . But when i got home and read the owners manual it said not to use a buffer on the paint . This is just more proof that the service techs are either not trained properly or are just incompetent . Now i see why Chrysler was going bankrupt with dealers like this it doesn't surprise me . I could go on and on with how bad of an experience it was at this dealership , from having it take 7 hr to get out of there because the owners niece (who was from nj and just graduated from Nova ) needed to get rush through ,to the lying manager Wayne and the rude verbally abusive manager Anthony ( who should both be fired ). So be warned DO NOT BUY HERE unless you like pain and suffering .

I have only ever purchased used vehicles. I was very excited to get into the one I recently bought at Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge of Warwick. The salesman was very courteous and did what he could to get me into that particular vehicle that I wanted. Ecstatic - I went late in the evening the following day to pick it up. Unbeknownst to me I apparently left that lot without my car being run through the service or detail department as the car still had dirt and sticky stuff in the cup holders and along the shifter. A smell came through the vents as I was leaving - I thought maybe it was just because the car hasn't actually run all that much recently. As a few days passed the smell got worse. To the point my children and mother had to shut off and exit the vehicle, feeling nauseated only 2 minutes of sitting with it parked while I ran in the bank. I called service immediately and at first they tried to play it down like I was crazy or almost wasting their time. Finally after a few minutes on the phone they had me bring it in, they gave me a rental. I thought ok so it's probably just a disconnected hose or something. NOT! They let that car leave THEIR lot with a cracked catalytic converter and exhaust manifold. If I had gotten my plates and had to take it to inspection before I noticed the odor it wouldn't have even passed. They sent it where it had to go, after a week and a half I got my car back, all was fixed and Chevy somehow had an extended warranty on that part of the vehicle, thankfully. Okay, so just a stroke of badluck, no big deal. Drive off, happy again. 2 days later my check engine light comes on. Now, mind you my light was not on prior to the first set of repairs done. Are we kidding? Call them and they basically say oh well we don't have time for it now and no rentals available for at least a week and a half. Plus you gotta bring it in for diagnostics, just bring it to Chevy but if it comes back unrelated to the work they did they will charge for the diagnostics. It got to the point where it sounded like I had a baseball card in a bicycle tire and the idle was so rough it was almost stalling out on me when I would stop. Seriously? I have actually physically had the car in my possession for maybe a total of 3 weeks at this point. I left a message for the sales manager, who never returnes my call. Now beyond aggravated and completely disgusted I drop the car off again. I meet with one of the sales managers who claims to know nothing of my vehicle. Tells me he will talk to service and figure out what is going on and blah blah blah. Get my car back and they tell me the engine light was due to low oil? I just purchased the car a month ago? So you don't top off your fluids and make sure the cars are in working order before they leave the lot? Still waiting to hear back from the sales manager who told me they were going to rectify the situation somehow because they want their customers to be happy with their purchases. I won't hold my breath. It's used, I get it I'm taking a chance but I should not have had this many problems within the first month of owning the thing!!!! I should have had at least a solid 6 months of no issues. Shame on me for believing they were a reputable company!
