I'M SORRY THAT YOU FEEL THIS WAY. WE DID NOT USE A NEW FAN TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM. THE LOW SPEED IN THE ORIGINAL FAN WAS BURNED OUT AND IT ONLY WORKED ON HIGH SPEED. I TOLD YOUR WIFE THAT THE CAR NEEDED A NEW FAN BUT THAT THERE MAY BE ANOTHER PROBLEM. AFTER WE PUT THE NEW FAN IN, YOUR CONTROL MODULE BURNED THE LOW SPEED OUT AGAIN. I EXPLAINED TO HER THAT SHE NEEDED A NEW MODULE AND THAT I WOULD REPLACE THE FAULTY FAN WHEN WE INSTALL THE NEW MODULE. I TOLD HER THAT I WOULD ONLY CHARGE HER THE PRICE OF THE MODULE AND NO LABOR OR FUTHER DIAGNOSTIC CHARGES. (WHICH WAS ABOUT THREE HOURS). SHE SAID THAT SHE WOULD BE BACK IN A FEW WEEKS. I KEPT HER INVOICE AND TRIED CALLING HER A FEW TIMES. SHE NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS. WE HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS IN THIS AREA FOR ALMOST 30 YEARS AND HAVE AN OUTSTANDING REPUTATION WITHIN OUR COMMUNITY. IF YOU WOULD HAVE ANSWERED MY CALLS, I'M CERTAIN THAT WE COULD HAVE WORKED THIS OUT.

My wife brought her car in because she was having problems with the radiator fan. So they ordered a replacement fan and used the new fan to diagnose the problem and burned the new fan out and charged her for it. My Wife picked up her car with the exact same problem she brought the car in with, and they charged her $1000.00. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. Won't be be bringing any vehicles to this place again. I will also tell everyone I know to avoid this shop! (>.<)

I've heard about this place a saw good reviews but personally when I called in the person on the phone was horrible. Rude, unresponsive and didn't seem to want to help me at all. Horrible first impression and won't be going there. If they're rude to me before I even meet you I could only imagine how they treat my car!
