I gave my sales person a detailed description of what I needed in a truck when I spoke to him on the phone. He had another guy call me because he didn't know about the trailering specifics and other specs. When I got to the dealership he had a truck that was 20000 dollars over what I told him I wanted to pay. After the test drive we walked in and he dumped me off on another sales person who was none too happy since that guy apparently doesn't do his job often. I didn't feel very valued, but decided to see what the second guy could offer me at the 40000 mark I was looking at. They valued my current truck at thousands below blue book trade in value and thousands below what I owe. I am a preapproved buyer with perfect credit so I really expect better treatment when I am looking to drop 40000 dollars. I feel like I wasted my Saturday. I will continue my search elsewhere. I am editing this post to add that the guy who offered me 5000 for my diesel truck told me I wouldn't get a better deal on my trade anywhere else. He also refused to let me take the paperwork with me of what they were offering. I took it to Enterprise car Sales and they valued my truck at 8800 dollars! That is 3800 dollars more! Truly a disappointing experience. Enterprise is great though!

Best car buying experience I've ever had. Salesman are awesome and the service is great. I had such a good experience I went back the next day for another car. The lady that helped with the loan, Lisa, did everything she could to get me the best interest rate and payments. I'll always go back.
LAZY MECHANICS! All I needed was 3 bolts and a gasket for my muffler. I was the first customer. 12 arrived after me. I am the last one here after 3 1/2 hours. If you want parts installed go somewhere else!
