Took over a week for a simple brake replacement. I had to call them to hear that it was finished two days ago, nobody bothered calling me. Will not return.

I purchased a ceritified used car from Jerry's. When I purchased it I had a remote start installed, after a few weeks I started having some electrical problems. I was told it was from the installation on the remote start. They recomended having it removed and I would be reimbursed for the $598. Three years later I still have not seen my reimbursement. I spoke to the same person Every time I call, and every time I'm told he will have to call me back 3 years later I'm still waiting for that phone call. Every time I go get maintenance/jerry's care for the last three years I'm told something different. At first I was told to go by the the date or mileage which ever comes first, then I was told to go by the date, when I brought it in going by the date I was told to go by the mileage because I haven't put enough miles on it yet. Well today I went to get my scheduled maintenance/jerry's care, and was told that I do not qualify for jerry's care because my car is not certified', so when I returned home I call Customer service and they sent me to the finance department and of course I get the voice mail of Mr. Hightower the same person that I've been waiting to call me back about my reimbursement for my remote start. This place is a joke!!!
