Is this the same Sandra Miller that was fired for doing something she should not have been doing? I don't know if I would put much into this review. But We did have to replace our management staff after 25 yrs. Our main Manage Elaine still works for us but remotely, the other manager was fired for .... ( she knows why) , Chuck Retired and Norma just retired after 21 yrs. . So we have started new. But we have a lot more knowledge and experience then before. And yes we do speak several languages at The Imperial Agency. Such as Spanish , which is very helpful since there is a large Hispanic population in Mayfair. We also speak English and Arabic. . The girls at the office do an excellent job with assisting everyone. And we have great insurance products. So I am sorry that you walked out. I am not sure who you are or why you walked out or if this is really Sandra Miller.

I used to go there all the time in the past. I dealt with Elaine, Sandy, and Norma. I go in there a whole new staff. I felt like I was in the United Nations all the employees was speaking Spanish to each other. I walked out.
Hello TIFFANY , I am sorry that you had that type of an experience at my office. But the comments you made were a little extreme little harsh, and a little slanderous. First of all we do not rip people off. We are here to help customers needing a service. Unfortunately your license plate was stolen. Unfortunately the police killed the license plate from PennDOT record. Which meant that they wiped off the registration. Unfortunately you still have to pay for a new plate, a new registration and you have our service fees. Its unfortunate and since you had no control and you were not at fault for having your license plate stolen. However when you came into my office we looked up your record. We showed you exactly what was on your record showing you that there was no license plate listed. I am not sure how Pats auto tags processed your work. They are good colleagues with us. They send work our way and we send work their way. We called them after you left that review and posted the receipt and that you said they said we were thieves. They said they never said that. So I do not understand why someone would leave such a horrible review and not be honest. We did our best to try to help you. We show you what exactly you need to do. We explained our fees. Were upfront. Were honest. My prices are dair and reasonable. And unfortunately you had a bad experience with that plate being stolen and Im sorry that you had to go through that. Do NOT come here they try and rip people off. My license plate was stolen and I came here and they explained the prices. They told me If its a dead tag or something its more if not its less, well they tried to tell me the higher price and when I went somewhere else it was the cheaper price!! SCAM stay away and save money go to pats auto tag or another tag place and save money like I did! Its bad enough I had my plate stolen by a thief and they was tryna take advantage of the situation smh
Hi Rebecca I am sorry to see you had a bad experience with the company. I found out that the issue was an increase in Premium because you went from basic liability to a new vehicle with full coverage. We found a new policy with cheaper rates and i hope you will be happy with that.
