The receptionist Alex told me she would email me price and what needs to be done and give me a call the next day - neither was done. I Went in to the store and Alex told me she was too busy.Then I gave it in for the mot. And it failed. At no point did they try to contact me and I was left in the dark about my car. They told me what needs to be fixed so I accepted. After they again didn't contact me - I went in to find out its passed the mot test, but in the same day my car started to have start up issues which didn't happen before. Then I took it to the lady again and she said book it in to check the issue and she would call and email me what needs to be done. After being left in the dark again I went in to check and she flagged up more issues and said she would give me a quote and email me - which never came. I Went to the Caterham branch once again, and she informed me repairing the car wasn't worth it - and that she was too busy to send me email or to inform me of this. I inform Alex, I'm in a rush can I pay, pick up car and leave quickly- she agreed. Get there she does paper work and it takes 20 mins to do then she informs me that there are issues in the car that would have failed the mot test - so why wasn't this flagged in the previous two tests/ week before??? Any way although they are friendly and nice I think they didn't deliver to a good standard the mechanics are awesome but the front lady is just concerned about booking you in and then doesn't really follow up.
