I spoke with you & I explained I could work on it as early as tomorrow, you would have to drop it off. A 3 star review just because we are busy is really unfair? This hurts us as a small business & will drive folks away from a reputable electronics store. We have been booking clients into the month of August already due to how busy its been. You needed diagnosis of your alarm system, I was glad to assist you even though you did not make an appointment. We did not work on your vehicle before & dont know what we are going to be dealing with. Also you dont know what exactly you have, where you had it installed & you already purchased a factory style remote from the internet which we recommended you going to the dealership with. As a small business things dont always go as planned especially on Electronics in higher end vehicles as they are difficult to work on & sometimes especially in a 13+ year old vehicle they dont cooperate the way we want. We made several attempts trying to contact you! We left you messages & texted you to fix the issue you are having at NO COST! We even scheduled you to come in for a new antenna replacement at NO COST! You missed the appointment. We even tried scheduling you for a headliner replacement that is falling at the rear of vehicle, where we did not perform any work near at NO COST! I am not satisfied with my experience. It's been a month and I am having to go back and forth for something that is supposed to be simple. Sam or staff tore the ceiling out of my car and has not reimbursed me or repaired it properly, after one failed attempt. My radio, steering wheel control module, Weblink, etc. don't work. Alot of my time has been wasted and I feel I was overly charged. My request for a partial refund has been ignored. I will not return to that shop.

Would like to say Cal and Sam top of the line guys. Had a new Kenwood head unit installed in my 2019 van by the guys. Couldn't get SiriusXM to run. Took back to shop they made it work. Super nice and professional. Awesome job guys couldn't be happier. They took the TIME to explain all the features of the unit. You have all my business. Always very kind and polite and very knowledgeable.
