Can I give this 0 stars? They destroyed my engine!! They lied to me. They HID the fact they BROKE my car and scrambled to put it back together. They did this twice in the same 3 months. Thanks to them I am currently awaiting Chrysler to review each part thats broken and price things out for a different dealership to do. DODGE CITY RUINED MY CAR, not to mention put my own life in complete danger. Metal shavings were in the oil pan, they put gaskets where they should not have gone, they had washers on things that don't get washers. I HAVE TO GET A NEW MOTOR (not a rebuild, completely new) thanks to a bunch of MORONS. Save your time, go elsewhere. What a shocker, an F on the BBB.

I brought my 2010 Dodge Viper in for an oil change; it's a collector car with exactly 1400 miles on it when I dropped it off (1400 miles in almost 7 years). When I picked it up, it had an additional 15 unnecessary miles on it, and everyone in the service department left for the day. Since it's a collector car, I need to keep the miles very low. Putting an extra 15 miles on my car for an oil change is unprofessional and unacceptable! It should have never been driven, and if someone crashed it, my collector car would have been worth nothing. And if wrecked, getting reimbursed from an insurance company does not get my exact car back. I just needed an oil change and an inspection of the fluids. There was nothing wrong with the vehicle. I never received a call that it even needed to be driven. Adding 15 unnecessary miles on a collector car is like adding 1500 miles on a regular car! Any customer would be upset!

I had an awesome experience at Dodge Chrysler Jeep City, Burlington when I purchased my Certified Jeep Sahara! Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. My salesperson Daniel was outstanding. He answered all my questions, made me feel at ease, and met my price!!! The finance person, Pete was great too!!! Would definitely recommend and have to friends and family.
