I recently bought a 2020 Range Rover Evoque in June with Premier and a month after I cracked my windshield. I called them to replace it and they said it would be 1 week and they would follow up with me. Well 1 week went by and no call so I reached out, the service manager didn't call me back because he was afraid to tell me that it would backordered for 2.5 MONTHS. Which I understand COVID has affected production on a lot of things. But that should've been communicated right away. Then, my windshield came in and they picked up my car, I get a call at work that the driver didn't think the windshield was sturdy enough to drive and they wanted me to go buy tape for it? This was one thing after another and I felt relieved when it was dropped off at my house and done with until I saw they left me on EMPTY and forgot stuff in my car that I now have to mail back to Premier motors... Not mad just very disappointed, I thought that buying a high end car would mean I was going to receive high end service.

Was not told that my brakes were wearing down on my leased vehicle. Had it in for oil change and 2 weeks later my break light came on. They couldnt get me in for over 3 weeks to fix my brakes if I wanted a courtesy car and couldnt accommodate in any way. Very disappointed in the customer service. I already returned once after the oil change for a bad smell from the air filter, which still isnt resolved. I took it somewhere else for the brakes. Will not be purchasing another Rover.
