Rubbish, brought my car here for a recall job at 8:45am. Was asked when I'd like it ready for, said 4:30pm - plenty of time. Turned up at 5:15pm due to traffic and the work was only just being started. They hadn't bothered to call me to tell me it was going to be late or anything. Why bother asking me what time I want it to be ready if you're only going to start the work when I get there?! An hour and 10 minutes after it was meant to be ready I finally got my car back but missed an appointment as a result. Definitely won't be buying from there in future! Edit: The guy who replies to all these reviews, Jonathan Wolstenholme, clearly doesn't care about the poor service his company is delivering. He says he will investigate what happened and then you never hear from him again. Don't be fooled into thinking this company give a damn about their customers, they are just trying to save face on bad reviews.

Car had to go in for warranty work, cant really fault the service received. Service guys and one of the mechanics told me what was up with the EML coming on. Part had to be ordered so had to wait a couple days, went back at an arranged time to drop off and later to collect excellent service Special mention to Jake, Dave and the mechanic with the Tash stocky build sorry didnt get your name Will be back for servicing etc A* J&L Moorhouse
