Recently took my truck in for major work....spent $13,000+...not only did they do poor work, they tried to have me to work that was not needed due to their neglect....DO NOT GO HERE!
I rated 1 star because there isn't a selection for zero stars. This dealership, from the sales team to the manager are unethical and shady. Typical bait and switch tactics. I found a vehicle and settled on the price. I even have several text messages from the salesman confirming the total price "out the door". The salesman confirmed by itemizing the total out the door price, my down payment and the amount I finance. I took the details to my bank to finalize the deal and get the check. This dealership faxed over the deal but changed the price increasing the amount several thousand dollars. I spoke with one manager going over everything I had showing the original price and was told I was 100% right, this was a error in their finance department, and they would make it right the following day. Next day I get a different manager who was condescending and flat denied they made a error. I requested to speak with the owner and never heard back. I took my business to another dealership and got an excellent deal. After doing some research it seems I'm not the only customer screwed by Sacramento Chrysler. As with anything be sure to do your research before taking your business and hard earned money to a shady business. Check the BBB - Better Business Bureau. Sacramento Dodge Chrysler has a "F" rating and that's not F for F-antastic.
This review is for the service dept., I did not buy the vehicle here so I have no idea what the Sales dept is like. So where to start? I called to schedule an appointment to fix a crackling sound in the door of my 2017 Cherokee. It was obvious when I called I was talking to an answering service not someone actually at the dealership, but I booked an appointment. They viewed the vehicle and said they found the cause and would have to order parts and would call me when they came in. Weeks later I got a call parts where in, and I called back to reschedule. I again got the answering service. I told them I need to schedule a REAL appointment, that the problem has already been diagnosed and the parts are in. when I arrived they told me an appointment is only to diagnose the vehicle not a promise of when work will be done, even though this was my second trip. They installed what ever parts that did NOTHING to fix the problem. I have been in 3 other times since, and the problem still persist. I demand the answering service transfer me to the actual dealership to talk with the Manager Hope, but she is always in a "meeting" and has yet to return my call. To make matters worse, on a prior visit the tech got my headliner all dirty and greasy when changing out whatever wrong part they changed out. They did clean it on the next visit, but there shouldn't even be a next visit! I have involved Jeep to try and get this resolved. Take my advice, drive the distance to another dealer, these guys are terrible! I wish I could give negative stars.
