Called asking for a new key for my Mazda and was told they would have to replace the whole ignition system in order to get me a new key and that it would cost $700+ for everything. Called snap and crack locksmiths and they came to me within the hour and had me a new key made for 200

We visited Germain Mazda West yesterday and Cameron Allen really took care of us. Its hard to find dealerships where you dont feel pressured or like youre being taken advantage of. We had been to several dealerships and unfortunately had some less than satisfactory experiences. Cameron was so kind from the moment we stepped on the lot. Cam was thoughtful, realistic, incredibly caring, and determined. Mazda West managed to meet all of our expectations in regards to our price point (which no other location could come close to). Also, special shout out to GM David Gibson - he took the time out of his busy day to introduce himself and thank us for visiting their brand new location.
