I went there and the gentleman working there was very nice but said he doesn't work with rust so I pulled up rust repair and that company came up so needless to say it wasn't worth the trip down there
Hi Dean, we apologize that we declined to provide you an estimate. Unfortunately, your vehicle was determined to be a "Total loss" as soon as we looked at it. Since it could not be repaired, it would have been pointless for us to spend 1-2 hours writing an estimate. We then advised you to contact your insurance company as they would send out an adjuster to assess the damage. We hope they can provide what you were looking for.
They did a wonderful job on my car which was sandblasted in a dirt storm. The repair ended up being more extensive than we thought and my car was good as new when I picked it up. I couldnt be happier with the business and impressed with the quality of the work. I highly recommend The Dent Company!
I'm not sure who I talked to on the phone, (I'll assume it's Lee since that's the name on the sign and all his employees are a refection of his business) but customer service is NONEXISTENT. I called looking for a quote on a window motor repair and all I got were short, impatient, responses. In the end they wouldn't even give me a quote. No quotes over the phone they said. Well no business for you Mr. Lee! I'm not going to inconvenience myself and drive all the way over to your garage just to speak with you. My car is damaged and I'm already inconvenienced enough as it is. WORK ON YOUR PHONE SKILLS!!!!
