Chelsea, I am sorry that this happened. I was away on vacation last week but I did receive your email so when I got back I reached out to you and as of this morning (2/16) I have not heard back. I took the time to research this with Dezmon and the manager. When you arrived the first day, I believe with your mom, you drove the car and loved it. Dez made every attempt to sell you the car at that time because you had driven so far he was attempting to save you the trip back, but either you or your mom told him that you had other cars to look at and you would not purchase at any price at that time. He also advised you at that time that we could not hold the car awaiting your decision. Please understand we have 12 salesman working two used car lots trying to earn a living so holding a car without a firm commitment is not fair to the others. In fact that is exactly what happened in this case. While you were doing your "due diligence" and shopping for the best car for you someone else came in and purchased the car you looked at here. Dez had no way of knowing that the car was being sold by another sales person because it was at the 2nd used car location from where he is stationed. It is unfortunate although it is the nature of used cars because they are typically one of a kind, unlike new car sales where there may be many identical vehicles to choose from and if one gets sold we can get the exact same one for you. Again, I am sorry this happened to you and I understand why your are upset but I believe my team did everything to make this work for you when you were here the first time. First I would like to start by saying I live a little over an hour away from the dealership. I go in yesterday and tell the guy I will be in the next morning to purchase the car. I call him while leaving my house, that is over an hour away to tell him I am on my way to buy the car, I show up at the dealership and someone walked in 20 minutes prior to me arriving and decides to purchase the car..... I am fuming mad and I call to complain and the managers response.... We have signs that say "the car you are thinking about tonight is the car someone else buys tomorrow..." Then it wasn't until I was so angry that I actually started crying that he was like I'm so sorry that this happened blah blahblah a lot of Bull S***. The only good thing about my experience was the car salesman was really nice and not pushy, so if you decide to waste your time to go there ask for Dezmon because he is the only person I would bother to talk to. Even though he should have said that someone was driving to the lot he was very professional and nice about everything and had my best interest in mind when I was trying to purchase the car, he had no problem answering any and every question I had. Also they have online sales prices and a sign outside of the dealership that say 3,000$ trade in guarantee but that doesn't go for the internet sales price that is written on the car so basically its a pointless false advertising sign to get you in their dealership.
Terrible service. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. They dont pick up the phone nor do they return phone calls. Service writers are are only good for making appointments. Sad I can get better service at a fast food restaurant.

Angie I am sorry that your experience at Tate did not measure up to excellent. Your feedback is valuable as it provides an opportunity to revisit our phone etiquette. As far as the part we are experiencing some delays from FCA with regards to some of our part orders. I would need some additional info from you to research the part if you have not been contacted yet. Regarding the car washes we make every effort to clean every vehicle after a service visit although during some of our peak business days we don't have the man power to accomplish this. In cases where this occurs we provide a free car wash ticket to a local car wash to be used at your convenience. Worst customer service ever! They never pick up the phone, and when they do, they leave you on hold - then just hang up!! A part was ordered at the start of April, here it is June and still no call about coming in to fix my car. Was promised my car would be cleaned anytime I took it in for service, this has never happened!
