This dealership is one of the worst dealerships in NJ. They give you the run around when servicing your car. They make promises they have absolutely no intention of keeping. They have no honor or integrity. Ive had to contact corporate headquarters twice in order to get some type of resolution. Tonya whatever title she has is useless. Their Sales Manager is useless. Go someplace else and spend your money. Ive every intention of contacting the BBB and if you look at their rating its an F cant imagine why. Dip: I emailed you back in May with this issue and you never replied. I've contact Maserati of North America to intervene with your dealerships lack of professionalism and lack or integrity. I've made numerous calls to your GM John Moran as well as Jenn from Maserati of North America and he seems to have an issue with calling anyone back. I've filed a compliant with Maserati of North America and I truly hope they take the necessary steps to ensure your dealership is held accountable for its poor customer service and poor managment.

I laugh at their service centers, here the mechanic spoils the car instead of repairing it, I brought my car door lock to be repaired and now the doors are not closing properly, they increased my expenses .
