Be careful. Make sure the price before you do service. I trusted them when they told me to pay later by phone because they did not how much DMV will charge. I REGRET IT. I paid them $43 instead of $3 at DMV, otherwise they report to DMV to suspend my license.

Cheapest rate out of everyone i called in the palm beach county area. Was in and out in less then 10 minutes for title transfer and new plates. Will be using them for all of my tag and title needs from now on.

Am sorry for your negative experience with us! unfortunately we have no control on how fast the personalized plates are made at the DMV therefore we cannot rush or do anything to expedite the process, all we could do is wait for the DMV to issue your personalized plate. Again sorry for the frustration that this might have caused, we would like to wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Years :)

We went to Simplified and were initially impressed with the lack of lines. After ordering a personalized plate, we were told it would take UP to three months. It's now four-and-a-half months and we still have not received the plate. Worst of all, they have no idea when it will be ready. Vague and unhelpful to say the least. We advised them that we wanted to cancel the plate and get a full refund and they hung up on us. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Stay far away from this business. We are taking it to the Department of Licensing and the other agencies that govern tag and title agencies. TO HIS RIDICULOUS RESPONSE THAT "ALL THEY CAN DO IS WAIT.." How about providing customer service?? Contacting the Agency? And NOT hanging up on your customers. Complaints are being filed now.
