Disgraceful place!!!! Do youself a favor and find another location even if it is 500 miles away, or you will regret.....
I took my 2018 grand caravan to the dealership due to check engine light being on it was a code for the catalyst system. Had catalytic converter replaced 8 months before them so it's still under warranty. They told us it was a fuel issue that the fuel system needed cleaned. I spoke with my mechanic I normally take my car to because it didn't make sense to me he didn't understand it either and recommend I get a second opinion at a different dealership. I called the dealership back and told them if they could guarantee this would fix the problem that was fine the service adviser Jacob told me he would speak with his tech and call me in the morning as it was time for them to close I said ok that is fine. I called them around 10 the next morning and the had already done the work to my vehicle without my approval also they could not guarantee this would fix the problem. They wanted me to pay $356 for the fuel clean that I didn't approve. I didn't believe my van needed this done nor would I have paid that much for it to be done when I could have saved money somewhere else. I did pay the $125 fee for them to look at it. It has not been a full 2 days since I picked it up and my light has came back on with the same code. When I refused to pay for the unauthorized repairs they told me I couldn't bring my van back to that location which is fine with me I wouldn't return anyway.

The scheduling was fairly easy. Although I told them on the initial call that I would utilize the after hours key drop service so they could begin first thing in the morning. When they called to confirm, I was told the notes didnt show this. I confirmed again. I scheduled over the phone an oil change. I wrote it on the key drop envelope and I confirmed it. Once the truck was in service they recommend extra services, which is fine. But when I went to pick it up, they did the recalls, they did the extra services but they didnt do the oil change, which was the first and main reason I scheduled the service. That was frustrating. However, they apologized, owned up to it and make arrangements to fix it. That is important to me, owning up to a mistake. I do really like the new iservice feature, thats is pretty cool! Love watching the video of the tech going over my vehicle!!!!

I will start with the good stuff first. Everyone was friendly and the service was easy to use. I think it was great use of a text service to communicate with repair shop. There was also a feature for a video inspection and that is awesome. There is potential for greatness with this service if every piece moved the way it should have. My negatives: The work took longer than excepted. Wasnt a lot of communication indicating it would take as long as it did. Only got communication after I asked questions. I just got a very short video not very descriptive of problems or the exact reason.. only after paying and the guy bring the car out to me was there there is still vibration because of the wear on the tires.. there was never any communication of the exact problem.. just repaired Forget oil change until I brought it up at the end.
