The SERVICE DEPARTMENT is the worst I have ever dealt with. They do not want to work with women. It is my opinion that they use scare tactics to get women to pay for things that are unnecessary. My husband's truck had to be towed to the service department after it broke down on the road. My husband knew it had to do with the fuel system. Over 24 hours later, still no call from anyone in the service department to say what they found. When I finally got a hold of someone I was given a list of items that needed to be repaired. NONE of which had anything to do with why it broke down. When I asked about the fuel problem I was told that a line was leaking. Never mind the fact that we just had this truck check out one month prior by this service department and none of the now listed problems I was told that needed to be fixed were mentioned. If you can avoid this service department you should do so.

Will absolutely never go here again. They refuse to fix a huge dent they made in my vehicle. Matt Hudson pretty much implied that we were lying about the dent in my vehicle that THEY made without taking the time to even check any camera footage. They have the worst attitudes I have ever experienced in customer service. They will never have my families business again and I highly DO NOT recommend this dealership. They are inconsiderate, rude, and unprofessional. My wait time was over 4 hours when I was told this was a simple fix and I could wait on my vehicle to be done because it would only take an hour. This whole experience was absolutely unacceptable.
Best experience I've ever had with a dealership. We have 3 kids and they made it a very kid friendly experience. Ask for Victor Pennington. He'll treat you right!

Scheduled an appointment to drop my jeep off for some recall part replacements a week out to provide time for parts to be delivered. Once I dropped it off I was told it should be ready that day, and if not for sure the next day, a Friday. I called at 11, 3, 4, and 5 to ask for an update, only to be told the parts aren't there and put on hold. Finally around 5:30 I get on the phone with someone that tells me the parts ARE there and they've just been busy - WHICH IS FINE. Why wasn't I told it would be late? and why can't I get anyone on the phone all day to tell me it would be late? I'll never buy from them or pay them for work as long as I can avoid it, recommend you do the same. Edit: I adjusted my rating due to the continued outreach I received after this incident. I wrote that in anger after a day of being ignored, but they did good work.
