Had a Ghost 2 installed on my VW T6.1 by Craig from S&S. Cannot fault the service received from start to finish. Booking was easy and the installer was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to fully explain the system in detail and answered any questions I had. Would definitely recommend

I contacted Mark a number of weeks back to arrange fitting my new BMW with some additional security. From the initial communication with Mark I knew he was an absolute professional and knew precisely what he was talking about. He arrived at my property at the time he told me he would (7:30am) and once installed took me through and explained all the features of the system, ensuring I knew everything I needed to know, noting was too much trouble. Worth noting, I used someone else a couple of years back who were local to me, they were not as detailed and when they'd finished the works they rushed me through the features - There was a very clear difference in the quality of work and experience, don't just pick someone of the Internet, drop a note to Mark, you wont be disappointed, I highly recommend, Thanks again Mark, top marks from me.

What defines a good company from a bad company is what happens when things go wrong and how they respond. Mark fitted a Ghost 2 system to my brand new Cupra Formentor, the installation was straight forward Mark explained how the system works and everything was 1st class. I had issues after about a week starting the car, I contacted Mark and he responded straight away explaining what the potential issue might be and he gave me a workaround which was fine for awhile, we both wondered if the issue was the Ghost or actually the car. It turned out to be a major issue with the car which went into the dealer under warranty and is now sorted. When it first went into the dealer they blamed the fault on the Ghost having been fitted, Mark contacted the dealer on my behalf to speak with them about the issue, but the dealer was very unhelpful and just didn't want to know, blaming it all on the ghost installation saying that if I had the ghost removed the car would be fine. Mark removed the ghost system the next day (at no charge) and the car went back to the main dealer to get the issue fixed under warranty. Since I got the car back Mark has re-fitted the ghost to my car (at no cost) and the car/ghost is working perfectly now without any issues. I can imagine a lot of company's would not have gone to the length of support that Mark gave me during this time, he never shirked away or avoided my calls but responded quickly and as helpfully as he could be. I can not recommend Mark highly enough, he is a genuine decent guy who is out to do the best he can for his customers he knows his products inside out and explains in easy to understand language how the systems work. My car is running excellent and I have the added peace of mind of the Ghost 2 system installed I'm a very happy customer
