Unfortunately, this customer has decided to spread this falsehood here. This customer ordered a front differential that was the wrong gear ratio for their vehicle, damaged the differential, then tried to return it and was told no. Our return policy clearly states no returns on altered, disassembled, or overheated parts. The customer altered the functionality of the differential, so he was denied a return.

Ridiculous. Refused to honor the return policy stated on the back of the receipt. Tried to change the story. Forced to take them to court. Not to be trusted!
