Recently went in to have my oil changed, asked them to look at the upper console as it had come loose and was hanging down. The truck is still under warranty, but they still charged me to fix that (which wasn't a big deal it was $11) however the person that fixed it left dirty greasy fingerprints on the headliner of my truck, that i am a lot less happy about.
Hammers is a complete joke... took my car in to be fixed.. when got my car back it was not fixed an they put a hole in my muffler that wasn't there when I dropped off. They lack communication an customer service sucks never ever will i go back to them again!
Definitely lost a customer. My husband was scheduled to come over from Gillette to test drive a vehicle. He called to confirm his appointment and was told the truck he was supposed to be coming to see was actually on hold for a friend of the salesman and that he wouldnt have been able to buy the vehicle anyway since the sales manager wouldnt be in. Extremely unprofessional, we will make sure to look elsewhere.
