Yikes! Are you trying to spread through word-of-mouth that you are a scummy car lot? They will mail you mailers that actually make you believe you won a cash prize. And then you waist gas going down to the dealership. They are only garnering your info to sell off and to send you additional marketing material. Most of the time I toss these spammy mailers as they are most often marketing ploys, but this was probably one of the most convincing ones there is no indication in small writing it is not real. If you receive one, you too will likely think you won the prize it says you won (even the phone number you call to confirm if your number is a winner will say you won). Toss it, and I definitely wont be recommending this business anywhere.

We drove here due to a promotion, and they had a three Row vehicle that could pull our camper. The promotion was to get at least $2000 for your trade, they came back to us with less than that. I pointed this out and they fixed it. It took more than four hours to buy this vehicle. Four months prior we drove to Durham and bought a used Lexus in less than two hours. My husband had an appointment to bring it back in and have an item fixed that they promised they would. This appointment took him four hours. The part was bad they had to take it off and schedule another appointment for him to bring it back. As of today our vehicle has now been at their appointment for two days and it is still not in line to get fixed. What is an appointment for? Why were they not ready for us?I would not recommend this dealership for more reasons than I can begin to state.

Buyers beware. My nephew went to this dealer and spoke to a sales person by the name of Carter. Carter is less than professional and ignorant. She told my nephew he needed a co-signer and proof of employment. When attempting to provide this information she told me she knew he did not work for me and accused me of fraud?? Excuse me little girl, YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT MY FAMILY BUSINESSES. Carter lost a sale due to your lack of judgement and business etiquette. Do better High Point Mitsubishi by hiring competent staff.
