I am so disappointed to hear this feedback and I apologize for the delayed response. Our weekends tend to be a little busier but you should always be working 1-1 with someone on our showroom team. We have taken some steps to improve our showroom experience even more over the past few months and would love a second chance.

Had a "Private" reservation at 4:00pm was seen at 4:20pm in the middle of another man's reservation. Not the level of customer sevice I'd expect for a $1200 suit. Total waste of time.

Horrible experience. Took 4 months and several fittings to get a suit that still did not fit properly. Not better than off the rack.

I made an appointment to look at Tuxedos for my wedding. I worked with Kaitlyn Pieri who was very very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. She knew when to share her opinions and was able to easily pick up on what I wanted and balance my fiancés input. I would absolutely recommend.

Whats the point of getting custom shirts if theyll all shrink when sent out to be laundered? 5 washings and the neck wont close and the sleeves are 2 inches too short despite an okay fit at first. This isnt a problem with any other shirts I own...
