My stepdaughter started receiving treatments for certain areas on her face. On her first treatment, they lasered the areas on both sides of her face and down either side of her neck, which was not part of her contract. Now she has dark, coarse hair growing in, which she has to shave. I went with in with her to find out how they were going to remedy this issue, as those areas should not have been touched. The office manager started to tell us that the laser could not cause hair to grow that way. She also asked if my stepdaughter got tested for PCOS as most likely it is a hormonal issue. I told her we were not disputing whether the laser treatment causing that type of hair growth, we wanted to know what their remedy is going to be since the areas in question should not have been treated. She stated that she would have to speak to someone higher up and get back to us. This should have had an immediate remedy as it was their error. I feel the office manager was very unprofessional and I would not refer anyone to use their services.

I spent over 3 grand on cool sculpting to be in excruciating pain to the point of passing out. Honestly I have a really high pain tolerance but this felt like torture. The nurse or who ever would leave the room while I was passing out. I have seen zero results and Im a religious work out person. This whole experience was garbage. They also pointed out things that we could do next on my body. I thought that was unprofessional and gross to point out something else when it was not brought to their attention. This place felt like a scam. Please dont go here.

SCAMMERS I went in 2 times and I was not happy with the service. I was not seeing the results. Kept telling me come back you need more. I cancelled my appointment 48 hours before my service. They kept my money and do not give refunds. They said my picture look different. Yes because I lips were swelled. Dont do it.
