Valeriu, The reason we charge a core is because there is a demand for this unit to be rebuilt. It must be returned to us complete & not broken. All cores must be paid for at the time the replacement unit is delivered. Once the core is picked up, it is brought back to our facility and inspected. If the core passes inspection and marked as a rebuildable core, we mail a check right out to you! In the unfortunate circumstance that the core is deemed non rebuildable, unfortunately you would not be refunded for this core. This process is similar to what all OE & Rebuilt manufactures follow! We hope this clears things up, and look forward to doing business with you in the future!

I ordered a transmission, I ask them if they charge a core , thay say yes. When they delivered transmission my core was already aout off car, cut them a check, the driver pick up the core then salesmen call me and say I suppose to pay for care than I will got my money back sometime in future, Why ??? I give the core back why I need to pay for that ?? I just give them transs back I don't want to waste my time .

Made several attempts through email to see if they had particular parts for my vehicle, I hadn't been there in a couple years and I understand ownership has changed hands. It must have because no response to the emails no interest, and when I called to get information it was a bit unprofessional I worked in the Auto industry for over 20 years and I know good customer service and unfortunately I did not get it here anymore.
