Mr Blackerby, Im very surprised at the review and why it was given. You were only in our shop for a few seconds. The only thing we asked you for was the original print file in order to produce the service you requested. The way we print is different from our competitors. Therefore your artwork must be in the appropriate format. Yes, our services are same day when your art work is presented to us in the correct format, which in this case yours was not. But to leave and give us a bad review all because we couldnt produce what you needed, with what you had at the time is very unfair to us, not to mention that you were already frustrated from the last shop you visited before coming to us. I truly feel that your frustration was taken out against us for no reason. The art work that you presented, has nothing to do with our services or our pricing. We do understand that we will never be able to please everybody and we are OK with that. However, we do appreciate you taking time to give us your feedback.

Complete run around, waste of my time. I literally walked out thinking "what a joke".... I ended up going down the street to EAGLE SCREEN PRINTING. After a email or two I was able to get my project done for less than $20.. after being quoted way more from SAME DAY PRINTING. The fees and red tape was like a car dealership, im just trying to get one project done. "What day do you need this done?" your name says SAME DAY but I guess thats just an estimate... A smile and a business card doesnt equal customer service.

I was referred to same day printing by a friend who was raving about them and they did not disappoint! They were quick to get back with me and did an OUTSTANDING JOB on all of my stuff. As a small business owner it has been frustrating to me to find a good print shop. I always wanted to support other small businesses but after trying many that either had extremely high prices or didnt do good quality work, I was about to send my stuff to a large online company. Mrs. Shonda and Mrs. Michelle are the best in the business hands down!!! Whatever you need they can do and theyre willing to help you if you would like to learn more about printing and designing. They did an amazing job on the shirts for my brand. You cant find anybody else that can do the things that they do. GO CHECK THEM OUT NOW!!!!!
