their hours say theyre open but the shop is closed. tried calling but no answer. i called last week and they told me to come in any time today. a bit frustrating

I got recommend by my Insurance to dropped off my car at this location. I arrived 515pm and on the map shows 6pm close service. But the door showed 530 closed. What kinda service is that. I hAte when shops lied.

I got my Porsche 911 Turbo S repaired in Michael Js body shop. My car needed a quiet a repair after an accident. They are expensive. They care about money more than customer satisfaction. Get a quote from them and some other body shops (like b2). They typically overcharge you in number of hours. They do the same thing if you are going through insurance. They try to get as much money possible from insurance, delaying your service. It will take time to get your car back.
