I bought a Jeep Trailhawk yesterday from Scranton Dodge and had a great experience. I worked with the salesman named Fred and he was very pleasant to work with. He wasnt pushy at all and met all my demands needed to get the deal done. I was in and out start to finish in a few hours and the finance specialist was prompt with getting all the paperwork done. Nothing but good things to say about my experience with this dealer.

Schedule a recall appointment a week prior to the appointment. Arrive at the dealership at 9 a.m. for my appointment just to be told that they don't do recalls at that location. Couldn't have told me anytime before hand ordering the scheduling call. This dealership is wasting my time and it's completely unprofessional.
