Wow is all I can say! After renting for almost a year they wouldnt allow us to stay for an extra month even after offering extra money to stay while they finish our new home. We were told the home was rented then the week we are moving out they throw a for rent sign in the yard! Whats sad is they could have been honest. This company doesnt respond to emails about problems with the property and when they do they are no help. If you can use a different company to rent please do. People, as we are a military family this company abuses its renters and is only out for money. Look elsewhere if you can!

We rent a home from this company and had problems from the moment our contract was signed. They continued to forget to send / give us the utility list prior to move in date. It wasnt until after the move in date utilities were turned on which delayed our plans. We did not receive any sort of compensation or apology until a long email was sent complaining. Over a weekend our HVAC went out and we could not get in touch with anyone for assistance for over 4 days! Phones straight to voicemail, no call back or text returned. Website is a joke - multiple log on issues and delays. Do NOT use this company if you want your tenants to be happy/stay in your rental or expect a timely response/assistance. By far worst rental experience I have ever had. Cannot wait until our lease is over so we can move.

We hired 360 Real Estate to manage our property in Spring Lake and have been happy with them the whole way through. A quick and unforgettable example of their fantastic service was during our final walk through. I noticed something that needed to be taken care of that I had forgotten and Jesse said something to me that really stood out: "Josh, I will handle that. You guys have enough to worry about (moving across country) and your property is in our hands now and we don't want you to worry about ANYTHING." Him, his wife and their team at 360 have upheld that statement by getting our place in shape and rented out quickly. We would recommend them to anyone and will certainly use them again. Very Responsive. They kept the communication going. Unfortunately the owner of the home I was renting wanted to sell so we had to move. I would definitely use them again.
