They gave me nonthing but a tough time and never diagnosed and fix my car. The car had no transmission issues before they took it in.They gave me a bill 732.00 and stated they did not know what's wrong.My car has been there for a week.In advertisement they state they have specialized Mercedes diagnostic equipment andgreat master mechanic. I never received this service from A&M. I believe it's due to there affiliation to race hate groups here in the area. Somehow I became the target and they have harassed and vandalized my cars. Not only did they not diagnose, fix,my car. A&M intentionally broke are allowed the transmission to be sabatoged then a 732.00 bill to further my troubles and set me back. Do not take your European. They also quoted me 1700 for a simple valve cover gaskets replacement. A price on for minorities in which is the highest in the area. They advertised fair pricing.Basically their ad did not apply to minorities. They did me a wrong and seeking litigation is my only alternative and all I wanted was my car fixed. Also note AAA warned me to bring it to their authorized mechanics. I wanted to give these guys a chance . I will take AAA advice it would have saved money and stressfull heart ache still not resolved .

Nice attitude by Jason up front the first day. His demeanor will suggest that hes a nice gentleman. He told me my car will be done diagnose by end of day next day but broke the promise. Then he says the car will be done by noon the following day and broke that promise too. When i called him back the third day, the first thing he says, YOU CAN TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE and STOP RUSHING ME knowing my car is in stalled status. Instead of having a civilized conversation, he becomes emotionally and continuously talk over me without letting me explain to him i wasnt rushing and it is simply a concern. I trust the work is somewhat quality based on the reviews but at what cost? There is no customer service in this shop. Jason make up things to legitimize his actions and he hangs up the phone before the conversation ends.
