Its been almost two and a half months since I leased my vehicle and I still havent received my license plates. Was told I would receive them soon months ago. I was then told the title paperwork was only sent in last month, over two months since I got the car. They are extremely irresponsible, unprofessional, unorganized, and severely lack customer service skills. They pressure you into buying vehicles so they can get paid. Will not be returning and have told my friends and family to not do business here.
I am writing a bad review for one of my friends because she used to work an Ramsey as a cashier/ receptionist. My friend got in a car accident and had to get surgery on her foot so she needed a week off. But they didn't want to give it to her so they fired her! This company is terrible if this is how they treat their employees. Her job didn't require moving around so much either so needless to say for being family owned this is unacceptable!
This location was amazing!! Everyone was very friendly, not pushy and upfront. Jeremy was so wonderful to work with when buying my first car. He answered all my questions and so patient with my elder dad. We have always had Mazdas in the family before and now I'm glad to be back with them. Highly recommend them!

I bought a cx-5 from Jeremy Medeiros about a month ago and Im very pleased with professionalism of the staff and how helpful and knowledgeable Jeremy was during the process. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision when looking at vehicles. He helped me get the best deal I could and fit within my budget. Unlike most dealers he made sure I knew about all of the features the car has to offer to get the full use of the vehicle. Jeremy even noticed a few defects in the car and immediately had them fixed for me without any additional charge. The process was very quick and I left the dealership confident I got a great reliable vehicle for a much better deal than a similar vehicle at another dealership.
