I received the wrong part. When I called I did get to a live person quickly, he said he'd look into it and call me back, call back never happened. I called again about 3 days later, was told they didn't have the part I needed anymore and a refund would be sent. I did get a refund. Seems like they have the ability to have a good business, just lack an efficient process, or lack communication with each other?

I ordered a radio for my truck that was listed on Ebay, I was sent a radio that was completely different from the listing. I called and explained about the wrong item, they said they would send the correct item. A few days later I receive another wrong item, a door window switch, addressed to someone else? Another call and I was told they didn't have the item and would refund my payment. In my opinion, My Auto Store is not ready for prime time, YMMV, proceed with caution !
