Attention Google: you have not respond to our requests to "remove this post for containing hateful, violent, or inappropriate content." You cannot claim someone is "racist" on a Google Review and have that claim be arbitrarily upheld with no context or legal assertion. We are unhappy with this review and feel it should be removed - or at a minimum the first sentence should be removed. The first sentence is "inappropriate content" in our opinion. Stay away. Went there to buy a crosstrek limited, and the salesman Jim Callahan is a racist. I went ready to buy a car, had the cheque and he walked away from the table after 5 minutes of a discussion ! It wouldve been a slam dunk sale for him. Issues with this visit : Accused me of being gamey / not serious when I wanted to check about a similarly priced and featured Outback ! Didnt spend time explaining the features of the crosstrek, or pointing things out on the car, basically ignored us for a while after our test drive. It was a very unpleasant experience. Went to Cherryhill Subaru next day and got a similar msrp crosstrek with remote starter added for $1,200 less than what I offered to this guy. And it was an awesome experience.

Was trying to negotiate via email with one person, this person could not discuss the deal. Ask for a quote specifically with a list of accessories. Could not get this straight. Asked about purchase options since I was looking to purchase remotely, if I could put a deposit down etc. Was finally forced to talk to another person, which took a total attitude with me at the mention of a deposit. Seems enough people just have to have subarus such that they can have this attitude. this is not the first Subaru dealer I spoke to with an attitude. I like the cars, but I don't need one that bad that I'm going to put up with this. perhaps time to consider a different company altogether.

Great car buying experience! Jonathan was very knowledgeable and made the experience stress free.

I bought a BRZ which is a rarer model, but they had 3 on the lot at the time. I asked for certain options and they told me they could put them in after market. I said I know that the car comes with them I want them even if I have to wait. They basically forced me to pick one off of the lot. They did have one in transport with most of the options that I wanted (not all) so I chose to put money down on this car. They then started pressuring me telling I had to buy the car right away or they would sell it (note I already had a deposit so they couldn't sell it) I wanted to go through my bank and make sure the loan was done properly and all. After they had the plates come in, but never gave me the registration, I didn't even realize I never received until a few months later when I was going through the car, so I stopped in and they basically called me a liar and said I had to go to DMV and wait there for a replacement (fine, but don't call me a liar). Their service is not any better had my oil changed there and they wouldn't even talk to me. If you want good customer service I do not recommend this dealership.
