Horrible experience. Salesman was just trying to sell us something, anything. She was also rude to us when we werent open to looking at what she wanted us to look at.
Our salesman was very rude and unprofessional. We walked in one day to browse Jeeps. Wrangler, Grand Cherokee and Compass. We spent hours there trying to test drive, decide etc. Our salesman acted as if we were wasting his time and he was annoyed with us that we couldnt decide. Even during the test drives he rushed us just around the block. At one point he told me he wouldn't bring us a car from their overflow lot because he wasn't going to waste his time unless we were ready to sign. We found one we liked, talked about price and put down 500 deposit to hold it. We thought it over and called him and asked if we could get the payments lower than what we had discussed. He was pissed off and said he'd call us back. Well in the mean time we found the exact same car at a different dealership for 60 bucks less a month and zero hassle from their amazing staff. We ended up leasing that one and called and asked for our 500 deposit back from N.Olmsted. He got irate with my husband, said he's not getting it back and hung on him. I've never had such an unprofessional salesman who acted from the beginning like he couldn't care less if he made any sales. If you want a Jeep go to Brunswick AutoMart NO BS and straight to the point staff.

Would rate zero stars if i could Horrible customer service 2 weeks ago walked around the parking lot, no one offered to help. Walked in and 1 salesman looked irritated to help, and let me say did not even help....could not find the car we were asking about that was posted online....no effort looking for us, said that someone's family member must be driving it and showed us someone elses lease paperwork with all of their info on it-nothing blacked out Went in again today and walked out after they wouldnt even work together on a price.....saying they already put $3,000 into a 2017 vehicle already, which had a clean car fax-what needed to be fixed for $3,000 (apparently not the windshield that had a chip in it) Should have went to Falls Motor City to begin with, customer service was awesome and we bought our Jeep the same day!
