My van has been in and out of the repair shop here since September 2021 for the same issue. After having the vehicle for a week and not offered any sort of timeline on when the problem would be resolved, I was given back my van with the same issue but incurred a $1200 bill to fix the issue albeit a part that would take another month to come in. I was told once the part arrived I would be notified by phone call to schedule an appointment. I was never contacted and had to call myself to inquire if the part had even arrived. The part came and was installed and the same problem persisted, and I was made to make another appointment to wait. After this most recent appointment I was told communication would be a phone call after the weekend to let me know the next steps which again I never received. This is now the 4th time my vehicle will be headed back to the repair department for the same issue since September. Overall poor communication and service.

My appt was first thing in the morning. Service was good. I didnt expect an oil change and 25,000 check to take 2 hours and the waiting area want the most comfortable. I ended up sitting on a comfy couch in the show room.

I personally scheduled an appointment for our Dodge Ram, and was told it would be done a specific day, and waited all day for the call to come pick up. When we finally received call it was 4:30 on Thursday -- we were informed the truck would not be ready til the following day at end of day. When I expressed to them that this would be an inconvenience, but needed the truck for the weekend we were given no help (loaner). We then needed to scramble to rent a car to be able to make sure our kids got to school and I was able to make my work meeting. When we picked the truck up no one apologized at all. We will be taking the truck from now on to another dealership.
