Horrible experience in recent months. How are you not going to check if people's windows are up! Water spots all over the paint and windows. Basically a waste of an hour and $30 bucks. Done...

I just warn everyone who use Premier Car Wash. This is just happened this morning, the streaks mark were all over my car and the owner said you dont know the science of car washing and I said what are you talking about science of car wash. He said your paint is already old, I cant even clean myself everyone is like spray chemicals not suppose to spray it on the car. Right now I have to take it to another place to take it off. The manager/owner help me to clean it off but he wont clean it the one on the roof. He said this time I help you clean it but youre not welcome in this car wash anymore. I paid $26 and $5 tips and this is what I get. I have the feeling that Im not the only customer complaint about this.

Well apart from the guy named Victor with the black uniform who helped me out putting a cover under my car that came off from the tunnel rail which I thank you for that and the cashier who attended me inside. The whole place was not professional. Once I arrived I got skipped twice. Every car got attended but me. Once someone finally got to me they didnt even greed me he just stood there quiet and flashed his board at me. Afterwards, I waited to have my car dried but there was 4 people in one car and then hopping all over the place and not going the pattern that the cars came out. I rather enjoyed seeing my car and wheels dry itself by the sun other then someone. By the time someone finally attended my car they were just rubbing a humid towel and putting their hand prints all over the car. I rather spend the extra money at Pavilions and get a way faster service.
