Horrible patrol experience. This company does not bother to properly train their employees. Instead, they send their patrols out to harass anyone who doesnt fit the companys profile/standards of who should live in Bel Air. Please dont use this company. There are way more affordable companies like ADT for patrol or Simplisafe for just alarms systems. Dont give your money to a company like this who doesnt invest in the proper training of their security guards. You may be targeted even if you are two minutes from your own home like my family was.

About a year ago I switched from ADT because I see the yellow ACS trucks more often. They have been very professional and their service has been very helpful

Ken Cutrer knocked on my door to offer me a security system. Although I am still under contract, I heard his pitch and was very impressed. He was polite, and knew the product very well. When I am done with my contract I will definitely reach out to him. Thanks ACS!

We do not use ACS for security. A couple hours ago a ACS security guard entered my property and urinated on a fence in my parking lot. We pay for security guards to prevent people from doing this - not do do it themselves. This disgraceful act was captured on video. The security proceeded to follow me around demanding to know who I was, where I lived, what car I drove. Really creepy stuff. I called the cops to file a police report, but called back and cancelled police response. I'd don't want to waste police resources and put a security guard on the sex offender list for this. I'll settle for letting his supervisors know and seeing how that fits with his security guard career.
