Hi, Jon Sorry you had a bad experience. We just checked the pictures and it looks like the #8 wire was plated #2 copper which typically goes for the same price as communication wire. Used to be great years ago when the older guys were there. Now its just the younger guy who tells the help to throw the #8 insulated stranded copper wire in with the cat5. Time to find a new recycler.

Fast and easy, and they allowed me to get a cash card the first day immediately and were very quick to weigh and pay me. Edit. After years of going here and receiving a fake $100 bill I will no longer do business here. My fault for being trusting and another lesson learned to pay more attention.
