oszuści, zamówiłem 15 kwiatów, przyjechało 10. Już po czasie gdy osoba obdarowana przypadkiem pokazała zdjęcie kwiatów napisałem z reklamacją, której nie uznali. Nie polecam.

I dont recommend this company. Very unprofessional company. Not reachable over the weekend. We ordered the flowers to be delivered on Saturday until 1 pm. There was no delivery within this time and no notice, message or a call. We tried to reach the company but the numbers were off. Finally, on Monday 2 days later they picked up the phone and claimed that the delivery was attempted many times, they however refused to indicate at what time they tried to deliver. When asked for refund, they refused with the reason that the bouquet was prepared and couldnt be delivered as no one was at home. They finally delivered on Tuesday, 4 days later, an old embarrassing bouquet. See the pictures the ordered above and the delivered below.... it was a bad and upsetting experience. Never again!

Nie wiem czy to ja mam takiego pecha do zamówień przez internet ale to co zamawiałam, a to co dostała moja mama na urodziny to jest chyba jakiś śmieszny żart z Państwa strony. Rozumiem, że bukiet może trochę odbiegać od normy ale to co Państwa wysłali jest porażką! Zamówiłam największy bukiet, a wygląda jak by przysłali Państwo jakieś ostatki i niedorobione kwiaty! NIGDY nikomu Państwa nie polecę!
