I ordered a $5k laptop for my company. I selected to add a custom wrap and uploaded the company logo. When the laptop arrived it was without the wrap. I inquired and was told I never selected the wrap. I am usually the very first to take ownership and assume my fallibility. However in this instance I showed my girlfriend before ordering what I was doing. I showed her the uploaded logo and the selected vinyl lid selection. I didn't change anything before submitting my order. Without a doubt I ordered it. The real problem is that when I sent an email to XOTICPC management, one of their reps called me. At no point did he seek a remedy. Instead he just told me multiple times that I hadn't actually ordered the wrap. I was already disappointed that my expensive order was mishandled, but was even more so by the fact that at no point in his followup did he seek a resolution. I'm wasn't trying to skirt paying for the wrap. Whether glitch in their system, oversight in production, or my error (for the sake of argument), why did he not propose a resolution? I would have gladly shipped it back to get the wrap installed. I would gladly pay for it if they hadn't charged me. However, this wasn't offered. The gentleman was polite about it but simply wanted to assure me I hadn't ordered it instead of satisfy a customer that just spent a lot of money with them. The customer service leaves much to be desired. ------------------------------- As a follow up -- the General Manager called me today to actually find a solution.

Garbage company. They overcharge, lie about parts and services, and mishandle product. So many instances of damaged shipments I cant count. Stay far away from this company.
Update: Xotic reached out and we are in process of remediating. Initial order was fine but the battery on the laptop stopped holding a charge after a year and a half. Far too pricey of a computer for it to fail that soon. Went back and forth for a month getting info on being able to replace the battery. Customer service said they were going to contact the vendor to see if they could have me ship in my laptop and repair it. I haven't heard from them in 4 months. Really expected this laptop to last at least 4 years, but the failure in customer service will be having me go elsewhere for the next one.
Just received my laptop after some incredibly fast processing and delivery times. The laptop was packed tremendously. The laptop operates and runs everything I throw at it and laughs at me. I am blown away by the service and commitment you have shown. I will forever be an Xoticpc customer! Thank you so much!
Hi Danny I am very sorry to hear of this concern. All of our computers can handle Google Chrome without hesitation. I assume you have some settings off or drivers not installed properly. Can you contact us and we would be happy to get it running to peak efficiency?

Bought a custom gaming laptop from this company and it came with a shotty windows installation and full of bloatware. All I wanted was a computer to play casual games in and this thing wont even run Google Chrome. Have had several specialists look at it and all of them informed me that theres a good chance I got scammed. Will not be doing business with this company again.
