UPDATE..While the dealership has a long way to go to earn my business in the future, Bill Hutson did reach out and apologize my car was not cleaned following my brake job. He offered to have my vehicle detail cleaned the very next day and it was completed and done very well. I appreciate the immediate response. BUYER BEWARE...I have purchased two Maseratis from this dealership and while I love my car, you will REGRET the day you bought from this dealership. From the Sales Manager to Bill Hutson, Manager of the Service Department, the customer service is horrendous!! To put it in prospective, Maserati the manufacturer cut me a check for $5,000 several months ago just to apologize for how terrible of service I received and documented. The cherry on top for me to actually write a review came today. I spent $3,000 on brake pads and rotators, and I am not joking, they couldn't even provide a complimentary vacuum or car wash before returning my car!! Jiffy Lube will vacuum your car for a $30 oil change.
Hi Bob - we're sorry that your visit did not meet all your expectations. Due to the pandemic we have temporarily removed any beverages/snacks per CDC guidelines. Our waiting area has also been temporarily rearranged to help follow CDC guidelines of social distancing. As stated around our service department we are currently focusing all our resources on sanitizing all of our customer's vehicles on drop off and pick up. Took my Maserati in for the first annual service and the facility was disappointing. I recognize that "things are different" due to the virus. But, I had to wait for the car and there was no coffee, no bottled water even, the waiting area was not at all comfortable, and they didn't even wash the car before giving me the keys. Seems when you purchase a high end car and pay A LOT for basically an oil change, there should be better facilities and service. The folks I dealt with we're nice, it was just the environment. Since I had to drive a ways to get there (I don't live in Cincy), I'll probably try a different Maserati dealer for the next service.
