I understand you guys are busy when you get high number of recalls per day. Do not use that as an excuse. I guess you should take that in consideration when you schedule appointment. Dont waste your customers time and money by send them back by saying there is no part available even though they asked you in advance about part and schedule appointment for recall. I wasted my more than 1hr and 28 miles back and forth for nothing. Honest feedback - Please improve your system for recalls. When you give appointments Assign part to vin so that people will not waste their time. 3 start because, I believe this can be improve as Audi Elk Grove Is family owned.

I bought a used Audi in 2020 with a perfect service record. So I thought Id keep it up. Ill never own another make of car. Audi service is amazing, its a joy to go to the dealership. It never feels like they are robbing me - stealership has always been the place to avoid. Very happy that I keep up my service according to the Audi plan, and Im hoping to get another 200,000 miles out of this lovely machine. Thanks Mike!
