My husband emailed a salesman about a 2015 CRV, after no response he called him several times. When he couldnt get a salesman, he asked for the manager. No one responded. I was very disappointed because I was really looking forward to purchasing this vehicle and believed the reviews about Bill Kay.
I had a horrible experience with Bill Kay Honda. I went in looking for a Honda Pilot, the salesman (Ed) brought the car into the garage and told us about it...and that was it. When it came time to talk about numbers he told me that what I see on the internet is the "blanket" price and he would not go down a penny. He also told me that with the internet now he doesn't have to "push tires" and that I basically need to come in and say I want a specific car and get no help from them. Isn't that what a salesperson is for??? He then told me he would email me with the upcoming used Pilot's coming in and two weeks later have never gotten an email. This is my first ever review I have written but felt it was important. This was my very first time looking for a car at a dealership and he completely frustrated me and made me feel like I was a waste of his time. Needless to say I found another car, and he didn't get my business.
Romy, Thanks for sharing your thoughts about your "wonderful experience" here at Bill Kay Honda. We appreciate your business and hope to see you again soon!
I had my Honda fit was serviced for the airbag recall. While being serviced my radio got hit and you cannot see the radio station but works . After several unanswered phone calls I decided ok .I just won't ever get service here again. 3 months ago I bought a Honda product elsewhere. My car has 345816 miles on it, I feel I and the car was disrespected . Take pictures of your car before you get serviced and after to timestamp everything, don't trust the service department here. This tarnishes the precious Honda reputation and doing business locally
